Make sure to vote in the 2010 SG Elections! Student Government is one of the most visible and active organizations on UT’s campus. It is the first place that administrators turn to when they want input from students, and the SG President and Vice President really are the face and voice of the student body. Make sure your voice is heard in this important process!
Elections will be held online on myUT from 8:00am Monday, April 5th, 2010 to 4:00pm Thursday, April 8th, 2010. You will have the opportunity to choose next year’s President and VP of the student body, as well as the members of Student Senate who will represent your College.
To make it easier to vote, Election Board will have tables with laptops available during the final two days of elections. On Wednesday the 7th and Thursday the 8th, from 10:00am to 4:00pm, you will find these tables:
- At the top of the ramp in the Student Union
- On the lower level of the Student Union across from the Bookstore
- In the main hallway running through the Carlson Library
- In the DNA hallway of Wolfe Hall
Find out more information about the candidates who are running via Facebook, their campaign websites, their flyers and their posters. Also be sure to attend the two upcoming Debates:
