WHO:
Undergraduate students in the Judith Herb College of Education who have NOT yet been admitted to professional education level
WHY:
We want to share the UPDATED criteria and requirements, and answer any questions you may have

Application Process
Students will be selected to serve as a strong link between the Judith Herb College of Education and their alumni, current, and prospective students. Ambassador applicants must be enrolled in the Judith Herb College of Education. After reviewing applications, a brief interview will be conducted. This is a volunteer position.
Essential Tasks and Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment events, presentations, and student panels
- Serve as a reference for prospective students interested in shadowing a current University of Toledo student
- Help distribute college materials
- Assist faculty and staff during recruitment programs
- Network with alumni
Benefits
- Recognition by the Judith Herb College of Education for service as an ambassador
- Special name tag identifying you as a College Ambassador
- Excellent activity for graduate school applications and future employment
- Often times there is free food and swag!
Completed applications will be accepted in Student Services – 3100 Gillham Hall.
Preferred deadline is Monday, October 2, 2017 (but application review will be on-going).

Shoe, Sock & Underware Drive
Friday, September 1st, 2017The Judith Herb College of Education Alumni Affiliate is holding its annual drive for items for students in Toledo Public Schools.
We are collecting new shoes, socks, and underwear. Based on the feedback from school administrators, we are also collecting belts.
All students and staff are invited to donate any of these items to help our local students.
We are collecting both new gym shoes and new dress shoes in youth and small adult sizes. Shoe sizes needed the most are children’s sizes 1 – 6 or toddler sizes 10 – 13.
Donations may be dropped off in the Office of Student Services,
Gillham Hall, Room 3100 by Friday, Sept. 15.
